2. What data we collect and why
2.1. Contact and assessment forms
When you fill in a form on the website (Digital X-Ray request, contact or quote request), we collect your name, email address and phone number and, depending on the form, the island where your business is, the service you are looking for, the language you prefer to be contacted in and the message you leave us. We also record which form was sent and the consent boxes you ticked.
- Purpose: to reply to your request, prepare a proposal and follow up on the business contact.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract [Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR] and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries [Art. 6(1)(f)].
2.2. Marketing communications
If you give your express permission, we may use your email address to send you communications about our services, news and content. In that case, the data you sent in the form is also stored in our contact list in Brevo. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link included in every email or by contacting us.
- Legal basis: your consent [Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR].
2.3. Usage statistics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website (pages visited, traffic source, device type). This data is pseudonymised and the IP address is processed in anonymised form. These technologies are only switched on if you accept statistics cookies in the consent banner.
- Legal basis: your consent [Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 5 of Portuguese Law no. 41/2004].
2.4. Technical data and server logs
Our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time of access) to keep the website secure and working properly.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest in security and abuse prevention [Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR].
2.5. Legal obligations
When you become our client, we process the data needed to comply with legal obligations, namely tax and accounting obligations [Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR].
3. Cookies
The website uses cookies and similar technologies. The detailed description, purpose and duration of each cookie are set out in our Cookie Policy. You can manage your preferences at any time through the “Manage consent” link available on the website.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use service providers (processors) that handle it on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Hostinger: website hosting and email service (servers in the European Union).
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): sending of notification and marketing emails, and managing the list of contacts who agreed to marketing communications.
- Google Ireland Limited: usage statistics (Google Analytics), only with your consent.
We may also disclose data to public authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.
5. International transfers
Google Analytics may involve the transfer of data to the United States. That transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC has signed up, and by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Our other processors handle data within the European Union.
6. How long we keep data
- Contacts that did not lead to a contract: up to 24 months after the last contact.
- Clients: for the duration of the contract and, once it ends, for the applicable legal periods (tax obligations require records to be kept for 10 years).
- Marketing communications: until you withdraw your consent.
- Statistics (Google Analytics): up to 14 months.
- Server logs: up to 12 months.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your data; ask for it to be corrected or erased; ask for processing to be restricted; object to processing; ask for data portability; and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before then.
To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. We will reply within one month at most.
If you believe the processing of your data breaks the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese data protection authority
Av. D. Carlos I, 134, 1.º, 1200-651 Lisboa, Portugal

8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS), a web application firewall, access control and keeping the data we collect to a minimum.
9. Children
The Delta Pixel website and services are intended for professionals and businesses and are not aimed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
